welcome to our home! we’re fernando and nancy, the proud owners and hosts of this cozy retreat located in the highly sought-after salt pond golf club community Since 2005, we’ve had the pleasure of hosting families, and many of our guests have returned year after year, creating lasting memories with us.

our home is just 15 miles from the vibrant shops, boardwalk, and beaches of downtown Bethany Beach. Nestled in a peaceful community, you’re within walking distance to the Salt Pond Community Center, Golf Club, small driving range, Hocker's grocery store, and a growing selection of restaurants and shops.
the house faces east, offering front-row views of breathtaking sunrises and the vibrant morning sun from anywhere at the back of the house mornings are truly our favorite time of day!

Perfect for up to 10 guests, this home is ideal for family gatherings and vacations. We affectionately call it our “Cottage on the Green.”
